On August 6, 2007 Spire Corporation announced the finalization of a Joint Venture to address the domestic solar photovoltaic (PV) systems market with Gloria Solar Company Ltd. The Joint Venture's business is now named Gloria Spire Solar, LLC, and its operations are headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts. This allows Spire to focus on our Turnkey Line and equipment customers without any potential for competitive conflict.
